After earning his PhD in Physics, Dr. Florian Gather transitioned to software development and joined TNG, where he currently works as an Associate Partner.
He specializes in analyzing software projects - conducting due diligence, architecture reviews, and technical assessments to help organizations improve system resilience and maintainability. Florian founded ArchUnit.NET, an open-source tool for enforcing architectural rules in .NET projects.
With TNG’s Innovation Hacking team, he drives robotics initiatives that explore LLM integration and Robotics Foundational Models (RFMs), alongside prototypes like smart office systems and interactive furniture. Passionate about microprocessor electronics and smart home automation, Florian explores practical ways to merge hardware tinkering with modern software practices.
